Come meet our resident rockpool creatures in our Marine Centre
We maintain a small aquarium at the Marine Centre during the summer months for the public to see a diverse range of sea creatures that we find in our rockpools. These aren't always often known of or seen up close! This is an amazing opportunity to learn something new about the creatures living on our coast. All creatures are safely returned to their natural habitat at the end of the season.
We do daily feedings so pop in and you might catch them having some dinner!
Below are some of the things you might see:
From anemones, hermit crabs, and prawns, to gobies, bearded rocklings, and shore crabs there's so much to come and see in our amazing aquarium!
